Cottage residential complex in Tejen etrap (2025–2027)
Since 2025, the individual enterprise “Wepaly Turkmen” has begun to implement one of the most promising residential projects in the Ahal velayat – the construction of a large-scale cottage village for 276 households in the Tejen etrap. This project has become part of the national strategy to provide the population with affordable, environmentally friendly and high-quality housing.

World-class medical facilities (2024–2025)
The individual enterprise “Wepaly Turkmen” takes an active part in the implementation of one of the largest projects in the field of healthcare in Turkmenistan – the construction of modern multidisciplinary medical centers that meet international quality standards:
• International Multidisciplinary Medical and Health Center
• International Scientific and Clinical Oncology Center
• International Center for Pediatrics
The works are being carried out as part of a construction consortium under the leadership of the general contractor — a branch of the Turkish company GAP Inşaat Yatirim ve Diş Ticaret A.Ş. in Turkmenistan.
The customer is the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan. The individual enterprise “Wepaly Turkmen” is responsible for the supply of specialized equipment, engineering and installation works, as well as the organization of logistics processes.
The implementation of these projects plays an important role in the development of the national healthcare system, contributing to the increased availability of modern medical services and improving the quality of the medical infrastructure in the country.
Comprehensive reconstruction of road infrastructure in rural areas of the Balkan velayat (2024–2025)
As part of the state program for the socio-economic development of the regions of Turkmenistan, the individual enterprise “Wepaly Turkmen” is actively involved in a large-scale project to modernize the transport infrastructure in rural areas of the Balkan velayat. The project is aimed at increasing the accessibility of remote settlements, improving logistics, conditions for the agricultural and utilities sectors.
Project objectives:
• Reconstruction of existing and construction of new sections of roads.
• Application of modern technologies for the construction of road surfaces that take into account the soil characteristics and climate of the region.
• Increasing the bearing capacity of the foundation, introducing wear-resistant asphalt concrete pavements.
• Arrangement of drainage systems, storm sewers, strengthening of slopes.
• Installation of new road signs, lighting elements, creation of safe pedestrian crossings.
• Formation of road service zones and public transport stops.
• The company uses its own construction equipment, mechanisms, laboratories for quality control of materials, which allows for autonomous execution of work even in hard-to-reach locations.

The work is carried out in strict accordance with national building codes, in close coordination with local khyakimliks and relevant departments. Thanks to the introduction of digital technologies and geodetic control, high accuracy of design solutions is achieved.
Individual enterprise “Wepaly Turkmen” took on the entire range of works: from the preparation of design and estimate documentation, development of the general plan, to construction, finishing and commissioning activities. The project is being carried out in accordance with the schedule, with strict adherence to labor protection, safety and building standards.
Completion of construction is scheduled for 2027. After commissioning, the residential complex will be handed over with fully completed infrastructure and readiness for occupancy.
Participation in major infrastructure and cultural projects (2001–2011)
For ten years, from 2001 to 2011, the individual enterprise “Wepaly Turkmen” in cooperation with the individual enterprise “Gurlushik Toplumy” carried out subcontracting construction work within the framework of projects of the international company Bouygues Bâtiment International – one of the world leaders in the field of construction and architecture. Fire and security alarms, fire extinguishing systems
We perform licensed installation of fire safety systems in full compliance with the requirements of national regulations and international standards. We use only certified equipment, including technological solutions from the UNV brand, providing effective protection for residential and commercial properties.
Video surveillance
Intelligent video surveillance systems are integrated into buildings of various purposes – from private homes to commercial and administrative facilities. Cameras provide high resolution, durability and uninterrupted operation in any conditions.
Access Control and Management (ACS)
Our specialists develop and implement access control solutions, including automated attendance control systems, access restrictions, access level restrictions and employee time recording.
